0/0 steps made- Wash the daal.
- In 2 cups of water add the daal and dry red chilies.
- Boil until the daal is cooked and drain.
- Add ginger and salt to the daal.
- Mix and cook (covered) on very low flame for 5-10 minutes.
- Fry the onions in oil until golden.
- Pour the fried onions and the oil into the daal.
- Garnish with fresh chopped mint.
- Serve with Beef Kofta Curry.
