0/0 steps made- In a hand blender add tahini paste, 2 tbsp cold water, salt, lemon juice, and garlic clove. Blitz together.
- Add more water 1 tsp at a time to bring it to a smooth paste consistency. The mixture will get thicker in the beginning but start to loosen and lighten in colour as you continue to blend it and add water.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt until combined.
