  1. Mix all  dry ingredients.
  2. Add the melted ghee/oil and mix well.
  3. Add water in small portions and kneed well. The more you kneed the better it will be. The dough should be soft like pastry dough.
  4. Cover and set aside for an hour.
  5. Portion into smaller dough balls and roll into a thin, even circle.
  6. Cut out small rounds using a cookie cutter.
  7. Deep fry on medium until golden brown.
  8. Serve with Rice Kheer.

Notes:

  • After step 6, you can also add sweet fillings (semolina halwa or mixed, lightly fried dry fruits), seal ends, and deep fry.
