0/0 steps made- Marinate the chicken and prawns with ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, ¼ tsp sugar, 1 tsp cornflour for half an hour.
- Boil stock and add prawns, tofu and chicken. Boil for a few minutes (about 10-15 minutes).
- Add all the vegetables and seasoning. Cook for another 20 minutes.
- Add dissolved cornflour.
- Add beaten egg and 1 tbsp oil for glaze.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
