  1. Grind ginger, green chilies and corriander leaves.
  2. Marinate the chicken cubes in the above mix for at least half an hour.
  3. Heat oil and add spring onions. Fry for a few seconds.
  4. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt.
  5. Add marinated chicken and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook till chicken is tender.
  6. Uncover and stir fry till brown.
  7. Season with coriander leaves, mixed spice and aginomoto.
  8. Serve with fried rice.
