  1. Pre-heat oven to 175C.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla essence till creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after every addition.
  5. Add flour mix. Mix well.
  6. Add the chocolate chips to the dough and stir well.
  7. Spoon out into lined baking tray.
  8. Bake for 8-11 minutes.
  9. Cool for 10 mins before serving.
