0/0 steps made- Marinate the chicken in mustard, ginger, chilli powder, pepper, oil, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar. Leave for at least half an hour.
- Put the chicken, onion, tomato, and capsicums on skewer sticks.
- For the tomato puree, chop the tomatoes, add remaining ingredients and cook till soft. Blend to make a paste.
- In a frying pan heat oil, add the tomato puree and fry the skewers till done.
- Serve with fried rice.
