  1. Mix all the ingredients together and let marinate for at least an hour.
  2. Make equal-sized meatballs.
  3. Heat about 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the meatballs on medium heat until cooked through and golden from all sides.
  4. You can add these meatballs to a variety of dishes like Kofta Pulao, Spaghetti & Meatballs, or a Meatball Sandwich. You could also serve as an appetiser.

 

Notes

  • Use mince with high fat content to make for juicier meatballs.
  • Wet your hands slightly when making the meatballs so that the meat doesn’t stick to your hands.
  • Cool and freeze meatballs after half-frying.
