  1. Cut chicken in strips.
  2. Cut onions in cubes.
  3. Heat oil and fry ginger and onions.
  4. Add chicken and remaining ingredients except aginomoto and mixed spice. Cook till chicken is half done.
  5. Add tomatoes and green chilies. Cover and cook till done.
  6. When tomatoes are soft and chicken is tender, remove from heat and add mixed spice and aginomoto.
  7. Serve with fried rice.
