  1. Marinate chicken in 1 tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp aginomoto, and ½ tsp sugar for at least half an hour.
  2. Beat egg in a small bowl.
  3. Mix 2 tbsp flour and 2 tbsp cornflour in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip chicken in egg and coat in flour mix.
  5. Deep fry the dumplings till golden brown.
  6. For the ginger sauce, heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry ginger.
  7. Add onions and fry till slightly brown.
  8. Add vegetables, seasoning and stock.
  9. Add the dissolved cornflour and coriander leaves.
  10. Add dumplings before serving.
