  1. Melt butter and sizzle onions.
  2. Add flour, salt, pepper, and mustard. Fry a little and then add milk and stock.
  3. Add vegetables and chicken, cook till thick.
  4. Beat egg and to the egg add a little bit of the boiling mixture and stir.
  5. Add lemon juice to the egg mixture.
  6. Add the egg mix to the chicken.
  7. Spoon chicken mixture into puff pastry shells.

Note:

  • If using chicken on the bone, boil chicken with ginger (½), 5 whole peppercorns, salt and one small whole onion. Separate the stock and chicken pieces. Drain the stock.
