  1. Wash the fish with salt water.
  2. Make slits and add vinegar and 1/2 tsp salt. Leave for a while.
  3. Drain and dry with a paper towel.
  4. Criss cross slits on the top surface of the fish.
  5. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate the fish in it for at least an hour.
  6. Grease a baking dish and place the fish in it. Bake for half an hour on medium oven or till done.
  7. Top with grated cheese and grill for a few minutes.
