0/0 steps made- Line a non-stick tray with baking paper.
- Spray the fillets with oil and lay them out on the baking tray.
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Bake for about 12 minutes. The fish will be opaque and flake easily with a fork when done.
Notes:
- I bought my fish spice/rub from a Middle Eastern store close to home. You could replace this with Cajun seasoning or a different spice rub if you want.
- You can use any white fish you like. Baking time may vary depending on the type of fish you use.
