  1. Add all ingredients in a grinder and grind to a fine paste.
  2. If the mixture doesn’t move in the grinder, add a little bit of water (just a tsp at a time) so it helps grind the mix. But try not to add too much.
  3. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
  4. Serve with fritters (pakoray), samosay, and other fried desi snacks.
