  1. To the (uncut) chicken thighs add greek yogurt, fresh dill, parsley (optional), dried oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Set in the fridge to marinate for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the chicken (uncovered) for 15-20 minutes (until golden from each side). If you have a grill or BBQ to cook the chicken, EVEN BETTER!
  3. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce.
  4. Chop the tomato, cucumber, and onion.
  5. Prepare the fries (I usually air-fry these).
  6. Toast the pitas in a frying pan.
  7. Spread a layer of the tzatziki sauce on the pita. 
  8. Layer with chicken, chopped vegetables and fries.
  9. Wrap and enjoy!
