0/0 steps made- To the (uncut) chicken thighs add greek yogurt, fresh dill, parsley (optional), dried oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Set in the fridge to marinate for a few hours or overnight.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the chicken (uncovered) for 15-20 minutes (until golden from each side). If you have a grill or BBQ to cook the chicken, EVEN BETTER!
- Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce.
- Chop the tomato, cucumber, and onion.
- Prepare the fries (I usually air-fry these).
- Toast the pitas in a frying pan.
- Spread a layer of the tzatziki sauce on the pita.
- Layer with chicken, chopped vegetables and fries.
- Wrap and enjoy!
