  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir, allowing it to cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the butter and cook until melted.
  4. Add the salt, pepper and chicken stock.
  5. Turn the heat up to high and let it come to a boil.
  6. Add the pasta and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Once pasta is tender, reduce the heat to medium and stir in the parmesan, cream and parsley until cheese is completely melted.
  8. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
