  1. Marinate the chicken in mustard, ginger, chilli powder, pepper, oil, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar. Leave for at least half an hour.
  2. Put the chicken, onion, tomato, and capsicums on skewer sticks.
  3. For the tomato puree, chop the tomatoes, add remaining ingredients and cook till soft. Blend to make a paste.
  4. In a frying pan heat oil, add the tomato puree and fry the skewers till done.
  5. Serve with fried rice.
