  1. Wash the fish fillets.
  2. Marinate lemon juice, pepper, salt, ginger & garlic paste, aginomoto, soy sauce, egg and cornflour for at least half an hour.
  3. Deep fry the fish and place in a serving dish.
  4. To make the sauce, melt the butter and saute onions.
  5. Add ginger, parsley, and flour. Fry till brown.
  6. Add stock, salt, and pepper. Cook till it reaches a thick consistency.
  7. Whisk the curd and add to the sauce.
  8. Add cream.
  9. Pour on the fish.
  10. Bake on moderate oven.
