  1. Cut the chicken in 4 pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken in 1 tsp salt and vinegar for at least an hour.
  3. Deep fry in oil till golden (do not completely cook the chicken).
  4. Mix remaining spices well in yogurt.
  5. Dip chicken pieces in the yogurt mix.
  6. Steam cook till the chicken is tender.
  7. Serve with white rice and steamed vegetables.
